We’ve been going to Dr. Jillian since the practice opened. We trust her completely with the care she has given to our child, including getting red-dye free fluoride for the office due to allergy, and the recommendation to work with OSU orthodontics. Our child’s smile shines through because of the interest and care she has shown for them. We are incredibly thankful to have Dr. Jillian in our life. The office went above and beyond to accommodate seeing my teenage son who arrived to his appointment late. They took time to connect with him personally and offer specific advice for brushing with braces. The advice was so much more impactful because they took the time to talk with him. My children always have an excellent experience here, but today's kindness was especially appreciated!

Our first experience with this office was fantastic! Everything from initial paperwork, speaking with the receptionist, working with the hygienist and seeing the doctor was all so smooth, informative and easy. Everyone was extremely nice and made us feel welcomed right away. It was our daughter‘s first time being at the dentist and she was so excited to go back for her next visit when we left!

This place is wonderful! I've been taking my daughter there ever since her teeth came in (she's 3 now). Dr. Jillian and the staff are the nicest people - they are SO patient and skilled with little ones. They totally get toddlers and the realities of parenting them, with lots of tips and tricks for dental care at home. Highly recommend!

Our first appointment at Clintonville Pediatric Dentistry could not have gone better. Krista & Dr. Jillian were so kind, patient and knowledgeable. They made our 2.5 year old feel so comfortable! I have taken both of my little boys to see Dr. Jillian since we moved here 4 years ago. The whole staff is wonderful, and we have had great experiences even though both of my kids are pretty hesitant and nervous at these sorts of appointments. Everyone lets them take their time and helps them feel comfortable.

Dr. Jillian provides outstanding service to her clients. The way she speaks to her young patients during big procedures that might be a little scary, is very kind and understanding. We absolutely love Clintonville Pediatric Dentistry!! The entire staff is always welcoming, personable, kind and professional. All four of our kids love coming to the dentist and seeing Dr. Jillian. They have a state of the art facility and top notch employees- cannot say enough good things about them. I’ve sent all my mom friends with littles and they all feel the same. It’s the perfect environment for kids to feel comfortable and relaxed and cared for!

I’ve been searching for a pediatric dentist for a couple months. Specially, one that I was able to accompany my toddler while getting any type of procedure done , ( some only let the child to the back ) as it may work for some parents, that is not what I was looking for. I stumbled across Clintonville pediatric dentistry, so I decided to go in and ask for information as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff in the reception area were very inviting and answered all the questions I had., they were quick to find me an appointment that worked with my schedule. I came back with my toddler and she had an amazing experience with an amazing and friendly staff!

We are new to the office and they have been so accommodating! My oldest kiddo can be a bit scared for certain situations and honestly they worked so hard to make her comfortable! My youngest who once screamed at just a doctor/dentist looking at them, was signing to the dental assistant ! Highly highly recommend!

I have been fortunate enough to get to know the staff from working in the Clintonville area myself, and I am so thankful that such a friendly, caring team is available for our daughter’s dental care. Dr. Grey and her staff are so helpful, patient and kind. When my daughter had an emergency, I was able to reach Dr. Grey and get her opinion. In the office, her staff was so gentle with her. Dr. Grey was able to fit her into her busy schedule and check to make sure everything was ok. We are so thankful for Clintonville Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Jillian was kind enough to make herself available after hours to talk us through an injury and was able to get us in first thing the next morning to check our daughter out. Having that conversation right away after the injury was so comforting and saved us a trip to the ER. We’re so thankful for her willingness to go the extra mile for her patients and for the kindness and compassion she and her staff showed not only to our daughter but also to us in a time of panic and stress.

2025 - We love Dr. Gray! Our daughter says she always answers her questions and she is really kind. (I bet the toys after the cleaning don't hurt either!) Our pediatrician told us years ago Dr. Gray is where all her doctor friends take their kids. Best decision we made. 2022 - Our daughter loves Dr. Gray and the staff. She was recommend by our pediatrician a couple of years ago. They do a great job working with even the most tired, squirmy children (sorry). There is great communication with the parents too. Can't recommend more. After not so great experiences as a child myself, I was worried about finding a good pediatric dentist. We are thrilled to have Dr. Gray.

This was my daughter’s first dental visit and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Everyone was so kind! The hygienist showed her all of her tools and let her make lots of choice for herself. She was still nervous but they were so accommodating and patient with her. Thank you so much for such a wonderful first visit!

Everyone in the practice is always so friendly and helpful. My son asks a lot of questions and has the wiggles and they are very patient with him. I was determined to start his relationship off with the dentist as a positive and healthy one- mission accomplished. We’ve been going here for 3+ years without incident. Highly recommend!
